About the Founder

Ken Dropiewski began his career as a recruiter after spending many years in the trenches working in various sales and sales management roles. Ken spent over 10 years working for companies such as Johnson&Johnson and Boston Scientific. His medical device sales experience includes time spent in Interventional Cardiology, Radiology, Vascular Surgery, and Oncology. He moved from Detroit to Colorado for an opportunity to develop a new region for a software company that had just gone public. |

In 2002, faced with a changing job market and economy, Ken realized he wanted to start his own company. His tremendous sales success and entrepreneurial spirit paved the way for the creation of Prime-core, Inc. He is committed to enhancing the experience of bringing companies and employees together. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Central Michigan University and an MBA from the University of Colorado-Denver with a track in Entrepreneurship and Development. He also holds a Certificate of Completion for Leadership Breakthrough through Rapport Leadership International. Ken's industry sales achievements include such prestigious awards as President's Club for Boston Scientific as well as Ring Club and Grand Awards for Johnson&Johnson.
In his free time, Ken takes advantage of the Colorado lifestyle and his athletic background. This former college baseball player enjoys running, mountain biking, hiking and attending sporting events.
The Executives:
Matt Harrel joined Prime-Core as an Account Executive after a succesful career in outside sales. Most recently Matt was a Surgical Sales Specialist with Olympus Surgical America. His specialties included Genral Surgery, Urology, Gynecology, Arthroscopy, and ENT. Prior to Matt's position in surgical sales, he worked as an Account Manager for Yellow Book USA in which he achieved numerous awards including the distinction President's Club. Matt will be focusing on high level sales and various management positions within the medical industry. |

Matt received a Full Ride Scholarship to the Unversity of Denver to play soccer. There he excelled as an All - American, Team MVP and was drafted by the Colorado Rapids of Major League Soccer in 2002. Matt played a year of Professional soccer for the Hampton Roads Mariners located in Virginia Beach, VA. When Matt isn't placing candidates and playing soccer, you can find him up in the mountains skiing or mountain biking.
Partnership:
Prime-Core, Inc. is proud to contract research and sourcing help from Mike Walton and has worked with him for over four years. Mike is the Managing Partner of Human Capital Consultants, a leading recruiting research firm based in St.Louis, MO. He provides recruiting search and research expertise to both corporate and third party recruiters across a wide range of industries.
With over 13 years of recruiting/research experience, Mike has completed corporate assignments including VP Sales, Regional Sales Manager, Sales Representative, and other senior management and mid-level role assignments. His consulting experience covers both research and recruiting management engagements with public and private sector companies including Towers Perrin, Guidant, Medtronic and Tyco Healthcare.
Prior to starting Human Capital Consultants, Mike spent 10 years recruiting in various capacities with such companies as Edward Jones, Adam's mark Hotels, Tyco Healthcare, and Amdocs. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bellarmine University and currently resides in St.Louis, MO with his wife and two children.
